Overview

At Dance ELITE Performance Academy we believe in Evolving Lives Into Total Excellence. Our goal is not only to provide our students with a strong foundation in dance but also instill in them a greater sense of self-confidence and community service.

The art of dance has proven to help students gain self -confidence, set goals, work as a team, creatively solve problems and many other skills that help build their character as a person.

We acknowledge that not all our students will continue on to become professional dancers.  However, we believe and are committed to helping all of our students to become the best version of themselves possible. 

The ELITE Leadership Team

Students who have successfully completed our Tier I and Tier II - Fundamentals program will be inducted as a member of the ELITE Leadership Team.  This group of accomplished students are charged with the responsibility to uphold the positive and empowering culture at DEPA.  They are expected to set an example with their speech and behavior. 

Students who show exemplary leadership skills may also earn the opportunity to become assistant teachers, choreographers and mentors. 

Monthly Leadership Focus



Each month we focus on a specific leadership principle and explore how applying that skill improves our dance practice and our success in every other aspect of  life.
